Children’s Yoga Classes, Holiday Camps & Teacher Training
Supporting children to move, play, relax and grow in confidence — and helping adults teach and support them through children’s yoga.
Welcome to Laura’s Yoga Club!
A creative, playful approach to children’s yoga for both little ones and the grown-ups who support them.
Through children’s yoga classes, holiday camps and wellbeing sessions, I help children build confidence, regulate their emotions and develop a love of movement — all in a fun, relaxed and nurturing environment.
I also support adults through my children’s yoga teacher training, helping you feel confident, creative and ready to teach your own classes.

Meet Laura
Hi, I’m Laura - a children’s yoga teacher, former primary school teacher and psychology graduate with a passion for helping children feel calm, confident and connected.
After years working in the classroom, I saw first-hand that many children weren’t struggling academically - they were struggling to regulate their emotions, feel confident in their bodies and truly enjoy learning.
Yoga became a powerful way to support this. Through movement, play and creativity, I began helping children feel calmer, happier and more connected to themselves.
That’s what led me to create Laura’s Yoga Club - offering children’s yoga classes, holiday camps and now children’s yoga teacher training for those who want to do the same.
With over 10 years’ experience working with children, I combine my background in education, psychology and yoga to create sessions that are fun, meaningful and grounded in how children actually learn.
I truly believe children learn best when they feel safe, free to move and able to be themselves.
