For the design of these mats I took inspiration from the mental state of ‘FLOW’ – that magical state of mind where thoughts and ideas all come together in one place with a sense of ease. Hence the colourful swirly patterns symbolise brain waves and bright polka dot circles represent ideas.

As such, the bold designs inspire mini yogis to expand their minds, get creative and follow their imagination flowing through pose after pose. The result? Endless, fun yoga sequences.

At 3mm thick they’re tumble-tot sturdy while light-weight enough for little ones to sling over their shoulders thanks to the nifty carry straps. In terms of materials, they’re made from eco-friendly natural rubber and sport a cushiony-soft suede topper. These are adult sized mats, perfect for growing bodies!

The mat design also helps kids develop ‘pranayama’, or breathing activities. They’ll find a sense of calm by mindfully following the repetitive curves with each in and out breath.
