Yoga, Mindfulness and Art for Kids
Early Years through to Key Stage 2 (3-11 years)
There’s loads for mini-yogis to get stuck into – after-school clubs, yoga parties, 1-2-1 classes and fusion sessions of yoga, music and art. Whichever you go for, children can look forward to learning yoga poses in a really fun and engaging way, through stories, games and creative activities. Mindfulness is a key focus too – child-friendly meditations and visualisations to help them relax and find calm.
Kids Yoga Mats
